Not sure if you’re ready for CrossFit? Or not in good enough Shape?



Whether you’re an expert or novice, in shape or out of shape, there isn’t a size, shape, or type of person that isn’t ready for their first WOD.  It doesn’t matter if you can perform one pushup or one hundred!  Don’t know how to perform an over-head squat?  It’s ok.  Never heard of a burpee?  Nor had I.  We are able to scale any WOD to accommodate your level of fitness and will always take the time to teach you the proper form keep you safe.  We might not always all be able to do the weight, but we’ll start together, do the same workout, and finish together as a team!

OnRamp Classes

We will be offering OnRamp Classes Wednesday nights at 7pm to take the time needed for our beginners to learn the proper technique of each main exercise you will be using in CrossFit workouts.OnRamp classes will cover step by step instructions to make sure we are all correctly informed to lift properly so we can take the steps needed to prevent injuries and build confidence to join regularly scheduled classes.I want to make sure we all start with the correct technique so we can build an excellent base for you all to grow to your highest potential.  Register Online HERE

On Ramp Course Guides will Cover:

9 Foundational Movements:
Squats : Air, Front, Back, & Overhead
Presses & Jerks: Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk and Split Jerk
Power Movements: Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift High Pull, Medicine Ball Clean

Kettle bells:

Swings, Goblet Squats, Turkish Get Up, Cleans, Presses, and Snatch

Olympic Lifts:

Snatch, Cleans and Jerk


Pull ups, Kipping Pull Ups, Burpee’s, Handstand Pushups, etc.

Other typical exercises including:

Our Training Staff is full of experienced, certified instructors.  Every trainer at CFSL has at minimum their L-1 CrossFit Certification and has at least 2 years of CrossFit experience.  We pride ourselves on being able to take our own CrossFit experiences to build a program for anyone and every one that is willing to work hard and enjoy seeing amazing results. 

We program our classes to ensure everyone has the ability to achieve their personal goals.  Every day you will come into a controlled environment where you will be able to:


  • Have a group Warm Up and Stretching session
  • Choose between Strength and/or Skill Work that best suits your personal goals
  • Have a WOD that is not only programed for amazing results, but has prescribed weights and movements that will be monitored and coached by an instructor(s). By perscribing weight, we will be able to insure clients are not only going to be safer and less prone to injury, but monitor and accurately predict the amount of time WOD's will take clients to finish.
  • Wrap up class with time and space to cool down and finish with mobility work

We offer Unlimited, Limited, and punch card options, along with Police/Fire/Military/Teachers discounts for anyone wanting to join CrossFit Sugar Land.


Our Unlimited membership options are great for anyone wanting to take full advantage of everything CFSL has to offer.  We are open 6 days/week.  This is a great option for anyone wanting to take full advatage of 4-5 days of CrossFit per week. Billing for unlimited memberships is on a month to month baisis.

Month to Month- $180/month

3 Months- $150/month


Limited memberships are going to be for anyone who is new to CrossFit and wants to be able to ease themselves into the the routine, or used by our busier members who can't always get in 4-5 days per week. Billing for limited classes is done in 4 week cycles.

3 Days/Week- $140/4 weeks

2 Days/Week- $120/4 weeks


Punch Cards are great for anyone wanting a CFSL membership, but can't make class on a regular baisis because of work or travel.  We offer our punch cards to anyone who loves to CrossFit, but just can come in as often as they would like!

10 Card Punch- $150

20 Card Punch- $240



Great Location:

We are conveniently located at the corner of Grand Parkway (Hwy 99) and New Territory Blvd. (Next to the Randells Shopping center) in New Territory.  This allows our clients easy access from all major Highways without having to fight traffic in any direction.  You have two exits off Hwy 59 (University Blvd. and Grand Parkway/Crabb River) that will allow you to be able to avoid traffic going South on Grand Parkway/Crabb River into Greatwood, saving you time and hassle trying to make turns in high volume traffic areas.  Anyone taking 99 back and forth from Katy or I-10 has an easy exit on the way home to be able to stop by on their way to or from work without having to fight extra traffic.  We are in the middle of New Territory, a great community with tons of other convenient shopping areas to help knock out extra errands before or after your workouts. 


Don't fight Greatwood and Crabb River Rd. Traffic!! Save yourself time and hassle by turning Right on Grand Parkway!!

Steven grew up an athlete.  Playing sports his entire life, he has always loved competing and the comradery it brings to people.  Steven grew up in Houston, and after graduating from UH, he started working for My Fit Foods as a Nutritional Coach.  It was while working at My Fit Foods that he and his wife were first officially introduced to CrossFit.  Like mainly others, his first WOD was brutal, eye opening, even slightly embarrassing, but one thing was for certain! He was hooked and he'd be back for more!!  CrossFit gave him back the competitive edge so many lose after finishing their high school or collegiate sports careers.  After spending time working out at his original Box and finding out he and his wife would be expecting their first child, it was time to open a gym close to where his new family would be settling down in Sugar Land in Oct. 2011. 

Since then, Steven has done the best he can to continue his education in CrossFit Training, and has made it his personal goal to help everyone he can to have the best, safest CrossFit experience they possibly can have!  He is constantly trying new programing and methods to ensure everyone has an opportunity to knock out their fitness goals.

Steven has enjoyed being able to compete in several CrossFit Competitions over the years since he started CrossFitting, and has continued to participate in events to not only test his skills, but to meet new people in the community and learn from their experiences also.


Molly Bolt- Owner/Fit Camp Leader and CrossFit Instructor

Molly is actually the one to blame for the CrossFit bug her and Steven both share.  It was also during her time at My Fit Foods as a Nutritional coach and General Manager that she was first introduced to CrossFit. After she talked her husband into trying out the Free Class with her and her friends, there was no looking back for either one of them.  She too had missed the competitive streak in her that she hadn't had since finishing her Cross Country running in high school, and CrossFit definitely helped fill that void.  Coming from a family where fitness and sports have always been at the forefront, she quickly fell in love with CrossFit and the community that comes along with it. 

After working for My Fit Foods for the past 5 years and continuing her nutritional education, she has decided to focus on taking her talents from the healthy food side of fitness, and focusing on directly helping people’s physical fitness at the box.  It has prevent to be a great combination! By having an instructor that has helped so many people fix their nutritional problems, it’s an easy transition to not only program great WODs and boot camps, but help with meal planning, programing, and other problems both men and women struggle with.


Dillon O'Brien- CrossFit Instructor

L1- CrossFit Cert. (Aug. 2014)

Dillon is a Full time Fire Fighter for the Richmond Fire Department.  He has been a cleint at CFSL since he was 19 years old, and has been a huge part of our Box since we first opened in 2011. 

He decided to take the next step in his CrossFit evolution by taking his L1-Cert to gain more knowledge and continue growth as a CrossFitter, and in doing so has started teaching classes alongside Steven and Molly.
