Members will be limited to two classes/week. Classes will not carry over one week to the next. Each person will be held responsible to register online and check into their classes. 5pm Class will not be open for 2 days/week limited members.

Current Specials

 

January Specials:

$80/month- Prepaid Unlimited Classes- This offer will be good through January 15th for CrossFit or Fit Camp classes for new clients only.  New cleints will be given the option to choose as many months as they would like to buy and pay for in full (up to 18 months).  This offer will be good for all classes except the 5pm Adv. CrossFit Class.  Once new members have shown they have a full grasp on CrossFit and all the movements can be performed properly, they will be allowed to join the 5pm class. **All New Cleints will be required to take an OnRamp class before starting.

 

3 Months for $300- Prepaid Ulimited Classes- This offer will be good for any existing or new client through December. For New Clients, this offer will be good for all classes except the 5pm Adv. CrossFit Class.  Once new members have shown they have a full grasp on CrossFit and all the movements can be performed properly, they will be allowed to join the 5pm class. **All New Cleints will be required to take an OnRamp class before starting.

Our Referral Program is set up to help grow CrossFit Sugar Land's community with like minded, hard working individuals that will add to our group dynamic. We want our clients to be rewarded for bringing in friends, family and anyone else who will listen to them talk their ears off about CrossFit. In efforts to reward our current clients and the new clients they refer to the box, will be be offering the following:

We offer a $15/month credit off any members dues for every person that they refer to the gym and has a current membership. We will continue to discount your membership for the entirety of your referrals membership with the box every month they continue w CFSL.

Ex. Client #1 refers Client #2. Client #1 will receive a $15/month discount for the entire length of Client #2's membership (as long as the acct is in good standings). We will also give client #2 a $15 discount off their OnRamp Class to help them get started. If Client #1 has multiple referrals, they will receive the same $15 discount to their acct. and the same OnRamp promotion will apply to their referral.

All new students that do not have extensive CrossFit experience will go through the OnRamp course to either get a quick refresher or to learn the techniques and exercises necessary to join regular classes. Classes will cover:

Class time will be spent teaching the proper technique to the master the lifts we use most in class. Our goal is to make sure everyone comes out of OnRamp with the ability to look at a WOD and have an understanding of what they are going to do that day and feel comfortable with the doing the lifts required. We understand that you will not be perfect at everything listed above in 2 hours of class, but we will be able to take the foundation you learned in OnRmap and continue to coach/teach during classes. We want to build on your basic understanding of the movements and help you master it while getting to participate in actual WOD's in a group setting. We feel like being stuck in class for several weeks not being able to participate in regular classes takes away from what CrossFit is all about! We want you to be able to get a quick start/refresher into what we're going to be doing, and then let you start establishing your regular workout schedule in the time slot and with the people you will start to be working out with and building relationships with!!

Class will start every Wednesday @ 7:00pm unless noted on the website. Please Register ONLINE before coming to class. If you do not register at least 12 hours in advanced, the class will be closed and instructors will not be available.

Fit Camp

Fit Camp classes are for All Ability Levels and No Experience is Necessary!!

Our Fit Camp classes are built on the same basic principles CrossFit is built on (Constantly Varied, Fully Functional, High Intensity exercise).  We create a fun, exciting, and supportive one-hour class that will help you start to develope stronge cores, tone up, and build cardiovascular health!  We scale back some of the technical and heavy lifting used in our CrossFit Class, and replace that with light wiehgt, fully fuctional, interval training that will help create lean muscle mass and tone our problem areas.  These are NOT your typical park boot camp classes!  We use:

  • Kettle Bells
  • Parrallettes
  • Jumps Ropes
  • Plyometic Boxes
  • Plyo Bands
  • Pull Up Bars
  • Slam Balls
  • And many other Plyometic, Calisthenic, and cardiovascular movements to bring you a boot camp experience unlike any other!!

 

Our Instructor Molly is a ex-nutritional consultant that is not only an excellent motivator, but is amazing at helping clients reach their personal goals though diet and exercise!!  She not only takes the time to personally get to know every clients individule goals, but can help build meal plans and bring critical experieance to your dieting needs!!

Personal Training

Personal training is available Monday-Saturday for anyone wanting to take the next step with one-on-one training to reach their fitness goals. Personal training clients will not only be receiving our trainers fitness knowledge, but will also be able to take full advantage of Steven's nutrition background. We will be able to take a base line fitness assessment, go over goals, map out a diet that will help you become successful, and put a personal fitness plan together for YOU that fits YOU.

Punch cards can be used for any scheduled class time and will expire 120 days after the purchase date.
