Boxing has a new management company which is promising to deliver big.
And they could help one of their clients to the biggest fight in the sport within days if Callum Smith lands a clash with Canelo Alvarez.
STN Sports launched yesterday with WBA super-middleweight champion Smith as one of its leading clients.
Smith is still self-managed but will use the group for guidance in talks such as the ones ongoing for the potential clash with Canelo.
Paul Ready, formerly of Matchroom Sport and well-respected figure in boxing, is the new company's chief athlete advisor.
While Sean O'Toole, a disputes lawyer by trade who has been working with Smith for a number of years now, is the chief executive of the management group.
Behind the scenes on the board of directors, former QPR chairman Richard Thompson is backing the group along with fellow businessmen Marcus Yeoman and Balthazar Fabricius.
The management set-up launched yesterday with the announcement of Smith alongside former WBA super-flyweight champion Kal Yafai and rising light-welterweight prospect Dalton Smith as clients.

But they are not stopping their with talks well underway and being led by Ready for STN Sports to land a number of GB Boxing stars once next summer's rearranged Tokyo 2021 Olympics are out of the way.
Ready, at 36, is hoping to build a solid stable of fighters through the next few Olympic cycles who he can guide to titles in the sport he has experience of working in as a matchmaker and advisor.
O'Toole, 33, has been assisting Liverpool fighter Smith with legal advice through negotiations for the Alvarez fight along with Matchroom promoter Eddie Hearn.

Smith's trainer Joe Gallagher has also been pushing hard over the last 12 months to help his fighter secure the huge fight against the pound-for-pound star.
If that fight does not come off, then the ambition is to deliver Smith another major bout in the super-middleweight division as soon as possible.
While O'Toole and Ready's backgrounds are in boxing, STN Sports plans to expand into other markets in the future.
That includes other sports as well as media and digital businesses over the coming years.
