Tyson Fury ‘does Tommy dirty’ in post-fight photo with team outside stadium

Tyson Fury celebrated his win over Deontay Wilder on Saturday night by posting a picture of himself and his team to social media, but eagle-eyed fans made a quick observation about his brother, Tommy, after seeing the snap.

Fury retained his WBC Heavyweight title in Las Vegas after knocking out Wilder in the 11th round of a thrilling fight.

The result means Fury extends his undefeated professional record to 32 victories at the T-Mobile Arena in Nevada.

Fury later tweeted a photo of his team outside the T-Mobile Arena accompanied by the caption “WE ARE SPARTANS. Thank you #TeamFury”.

In response, one user quote tweeted Fury and said: “Done Tommy dirty so here lool” in reference to the fact that Tommy could scarcely be seen in the photo, unlike the rest of the team.

Another Twitter user made a joke saying: “Tommy looks good in this”.

Speaking after the victory, Fury declared he believes his performance proves he is the greatest heavyweight of his era.

"I have proved time and again that I can never be written off," he said. "I didn't have my best performance but I pulled it out of the bag when it needed to be done.

"He did keep getting up but it was that final right hand to the side of the head that finished him.

"I wasn't hurt. You get hit, you wake up on the floor. I got up and was very conscious the whole time. I was one punch away from knocking him out in the whole fight.

"I am the greatest heavyweight champion of my era, without a doubt. Number one. If you play with fire long enough you will get burned."

Fury also added: "I was down a couple of times, I was hurt. Wilder is a strong puncher," said Fury of his opponent, who was taken to hospital as a precaution after the fight.

"It was a great fight. I will not make any excuses. Wilder is a top fighter, he gave me a run for my money. I always say I am the best fighter in the world and he is the second best.

"Don't ever doubt me. When the chips are down I can always deliver."

Fury will now have to take the titles held by Oleksandr Usyk if he is to become the first undisputed heavyweight world champion since Lennox Lewis in 2000.
