New York Jets ruled out quarterback Zach Wilson with a head injury for Sunday’s game against the Miami Dolphins.
Wilson exited the first half early due to dehydration, per the CBS broadcast. Wilson was ruled out to start the second half.
Veteran Trevor Siemian is in at QB.
Wilson finished the game completing four passes for 26 yards, struggling behind a leaky Jets offensive line that allowed five sacks in the first half en route to a 24-0 halftime deficit.
