Chelsea starlet Billy Gilmour had a brilliant response when asked if he would take the call for England international duty instead of Scotland.
The 18-year-old blew fans away with his performance in the Blues’ 2-0 FA Cup win over Liverpool.
He joined the London side’s academy in 2017 after spending eight years with Glasgow side Rangers.
And the midfielder has been working his way up the ranks of international football since 2015.
Gilmour has been tipped to match legends of the game, such as Barcelona hero Xavi.
His lack of Scottish first team appearances, though, mean the teenager could be a star for Gareth Southgate’s Three Lions.

Footage has re-emerged, though, of the Scot giving a brutal answer to that scenario.
Gilmour featured on YouTube channel Football Daft’s podcast in June 2019 and was asked about a potential England appearance.
“There’s up to a certain level where England could still snap you up,” the host explains.
“That’s what happened with a couple of players.”
But Gilmour simply replies: “No, I’m Scottish.”

With a fifth simply writing: “Love that.”
Blues fans were particularly impressed with Gilmour’s embarrassment of Liverpool midfielder Fabinho in the FA Cup.
