Tottenham boss Antonio Conte has been urged to never pick four players again following their shock Europa Conference League defeat to NS Mura. The Slovenian side beat Spurs 2-1 on Thursday to put the north London club’s chances of qualifying for the knockout stage in serious doubt. And former Tottenham midfielder Jamie O’Hara has not held back in his criticism of the performance.
Conte was unbeaten in his first three matches in charge of Spurs after replacing Nuno Espirito Santo.
But the Italian was dealt a reality check as his side crashed to an embarrassing defeat.
After Mura took an early lead, Ryan Sessegnon was sent off on the half hour mark.
Harry Kane equalised with 20 minutes to go and Spurs pushed for a winner.

But it was the hosts who stole the show when Amadej Marosa’s shot deflected in off Davinson Sanchez.
O’Hara let fly at the Spurs players after the match and Sanchez was one of four he said should never play for the club again.
He said on Sky Sports: “These are a Slovenian top-flight team – I would expect a National League team to give them a game. It has been a disgrace
“Some of the players, and I’ll name them as well. [Matt] Doherty, [Tanguy] Ndombele, Dele Alli, Davinson Sanchez were absolutely shocking.

“They should be ashamed of their performance tonight. They shouldn’t wear a Spurs shirt again in my opinion some of them because this is a Europa Conference League game that you need to win to get through and you’re trying to impress a brand new manager in Antonio Conte.
“You’ve got to go out there and give everything you’ve and put in an unbelievable performance to be like ‘I want to be part of this group moving forward, I want to be part of this Antonio Conte era’.
“And not one player on that pitch deserves any credit from the game, not one player. It was a shocking performance.”
O’Hara would like to see the players he named either sold or sent out on loan by Conte as soon as possible.
He continued: “These players are strolling around the park like they’re dismissing this game like they’re too good to play in it. Disgrace.
“An absolute disgrace from some of them and if Antonio Conte doesn’t go in and make big changes, get them out of the club.
“Get rid of them. Get them off the wage bill, we don’t want them there, because it’s been pathetic.”
