Liverpool identify ‘perfect solution’ in Bowen who can be ‘moulded and improved’

Liverpool are starting to think about life after their tremendous trio up front and have identified Jarrod Bowen as the answer to their problems.

Jurgen Klopp is a big fan of the West Ham star, who has been on their radar for some time now.

The Reds were keen on striking a deal with the Hammers for the former Hull City ace back in the summer only to see their efforts rebuffed.

But that does not mean that they are prepared to give up on their attempts to sign the forward, who has gone from strength to strength this season.

West Ham are in the midst of one of their best-ever campaigns in the Premier League under David Moyes and they owe a ot of credit to Bowen for his creativity and goals.

The 24-year-old has scored four and assisted six but it is his ability to retain possession and cause havoc in the final third that has caught the eye.

According to Eurosport, Liverpool are one club circling to try snap up Bowen because of this very reason.

While no-one can compare to Mohamed Salah at the moment, there are some stark similarities between the two.

Bowen's performance against Chelsea was a particular eye-opener after his left-footed strike flew past Edouard Mendy and into the Blues net.

With the Egypt international's situation looking worrisome over his new contract, the West Ham ace could be eyed as a potential replacement.

It is believed that Klopp could mould the player into a similar style of Salah's, though replacing his goals would require some coaching or a huge stroke of luck.

Both Liverpool and West Ham see huge potential in Bowen and a battle for his signature could be on the cards.
