Odion Ighalo left Manchester United fans in tears after heaping praise on boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer .
The Nigerian scored two goals in the Red Devils’ 3-0 FA Cup win over Derby .
His first was a composed finished inside the penalty box while surrounded by three defenders into the bottom left.
And the brace was secured after the break, with a half-volley smashed into the roof of the net.
Footage has now emerged of Ighalo praising Solskjaer for his impact on the forward’s performance.
Speaking to Norwegian journalist Jan Aage Fjortoft, the 30-year-old: “He’s been great.
“He’s the one who worked hard to bring me here.

“And I have to pay him back with my hard work.
“He taught me a lot in training.
“When I’ve made mistakes in games, he’s told me what to do.
“So I’m happy I’m learning from a great manager and striker.”
The Nigerian went on to explain how he felt about such a strong start, scoring three goals in two starts.

“I’m happy for the goals but we can still do better,” Ighalo added.
“It’s been great.
“I’ve been working hard to get in shape and be 200%.
“It’s going well.”
This footage was shared on Twitter by ViaPLAY Fotball on Thursday night, where it has been viewed more than 16,000 times.
And the United faithful hailed their new goal-poacher for his words.
“How can you not love this man,” one supporter said.

Another commented: “Look at him – he’s so f***ing happy.”
While a third could not contain their emotions.
“I’m in tears,” they said.
And a fourth added: “Such a humble guy.”
With a fifth writing: “I could watch this interview 20 times
“Ighalo making us proud.”
Arsenal fans, though, were left fuming at Ighalo’s performance as he overtook Alexandre Lacazette’s scoring form in 2020.
