Wrexham’s Bootlegger says new gnashers work and shows them off to blonde woman

Wrexham hero Bootlegger has wasted no time in putting his new gnashers to work as he shared another snap of his new teeth on social media.

Bootlegger, real name Karl Phillips, shared a snap on X, formerly known as Twitter, with a blonde woman. And he captioned the picture: "Well I'm telling you what lads, you wanna get your gnashers done!"

And after some cheeky fans questioned if his wife was happy with the snap, Bootlegger revealed the identity of the woman. He joked: "She is my pals mrs! All good fun pal!"

The Wrexham super-fan revealed he was getting his teeth done on Thursday when he posted a selfie showing off his old teeth, alongside the caption: "New gnashers day."

And a few hours later, Bootlegger was in the boozer with a set of new teeth thanking his doctors. He said: "Well alright lads no more looking in the mirror worrying about my rotten legs special thanks to Dr Tom and the team!"

Bootlegger has admitted in the past he wasn't the biggest football fan growing up: "Football wasn’t really on my radar as a young lad. I was too busy ducking and diving."

However, he's since been spoiled at the Racecourse with Hollywood A-listers Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney bankrolling the famous old side back into the Football League. Wrexham welcomed EFL football back to North Wales for the first time in 15 years earlier this season.

And Phil Parkinson's side haven't taken too long to hit their stride – with the Red Dragons currently 2nd in the table.
